Our Aesthetics & Wellness clinic was built on the belief that great care should feel both professional and personal. We provide evidence-based treatments to help you feel confident, energized, and well, inside and out. From injectables and skin treatments to hydration therapy and medical weight loss, everything we do is tailored to your unique goals.
The clinic is led by Kasey Saunders, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. After nearly a decade in emergency medicine, Kasey earned her Master’s degree from James Madison University and expanded her Urgent Care practice to include aesthetics and wellness.
She and her husband, Brandon, are longtime members of the community and built this independent clinic to offer high-quality, personalized care—without the red tape of a large hospital system. Kasey S.
FNP
Kasey is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in Emergency medicine as an RN and a nurse practitioner. She attended James Madison University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2003) and her Master of Science in Nursing (2012) to earn her Family nurse practitioner certification. Kasey sees patients in the urgent care clinic and also specializes in aesthetic services, such as Botox, chemical peels, dermal fillers and medical grade skin care products. Most recently she’s developed an interest in medical weight loss, which is now offered at Emerge Aesthetics and Wellness.

Sarah S.
ANP, WHNP
Sarah graduated from UNH, Durham, NH in 2002 with a BS in Health Policy and Management. In 2010 she graduated from Simmons College, Boston, Massachusetts with a dual masters with Adult NP and Women's Health NP. In December 2024 she will graduate from JMU with her Doctor of Nursing Practice. She has worked as a nurse practitioner in a variety of settings including urgent care, academia, wellness/beauty, women's health, college health, free clinic volunteer, oncology, clinical research, and hospice/ palliative care. Globally, she has volunteered in Ethiopia in HIV and primary care.

PRACTICE MANAGER
TaeAhn graduated from James Madison University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Family Studies. In 2024, she completed her Master's degree in Health Administration with a concentration in executive leadership from George Mason University. She is fluent in both English and Korean.

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
Ashton is a medical receptionist at the clinic. He is a local graduate of Broadway High School. He is currently starting his junior year at James Madison University with a major in Biology. Ashton is a huge hockey fan (GO CAPS!), enjoys skiing and is part of the Madison Motorsports club!
